　　中国邮政航空有限责任公司（以下简称“采购人”），拟就“航线维修和应急性支援服务采购”以公开商务谈判方式对有能力为本项目提供服务的供应商进行采购，现邀请合格供应商提交响应文件并参与商务谈判。

　　正常情况时，协议单位提供航线维修服务。当邮航B(略)F飞机在悉尼发生故障，无法执行后续航班时，协议单位应按合同要求为邮航B(略)F飞机提供紧急维修技术支援服务，以保障邮航飞机快速恢复适航状态。涉及机型：(略)

　　Under normal circumstances, the supplier provides line maintenance services. 　　3.供应商资格条件：

　　3.1供应商须为来自中华人民共和国或与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区的法人或其他组织（提供营业执照副本复印件或投标人所在地有效的公司注册文件复印件），能独立承担民事责任的、有能力为本项目提供应急性维修服务的单位。

　　The supplier shall be a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade contacts with the People's Republic of China (provide a copy of the business license or a copy of the valid company registration document where the bidder is located), which can independently bear civil liabilities and has the ability to provide emergency maintenance services for the project.

　　3.2供应商须具备CAAC或EASA维修资质，并具有B(略)机型维修能力。

　　Suppliers must have CAAC or EASA maintenance qualifications and have B(略) aircraft maintenance capabilities.

　　3.4法定代表人或负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位不得同时参加同一包组的谈判。
